What You'll Be Doing

Working in communities throughout the country, you will reach out to families and individuals to educate them on community solar, help them understand the benefits of green energy, and connect them with local solar farms to help them start receiving the solar credits on their electric bills.

With no upfront cost for the customer, this is one sales position you can feel great about!

At Solar On Earth, you'll start with our Solar Success Program. We combine classroom training with hands-on sales experience led by the best in the business.

Our paid training is designed to set you up for success and allows you to earn commission while you learn everything you need to know from some of the best people in the business.

Responsibilities

• Contacts prospective clients through direct sales to educate on Community Solar
• Enter and maintain customer information within our database
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Provide valuable strategy and information to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a door-to-door sales, canvassing, or service position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly intelligent, problem-solving mindset
• Competitive, money-driven personality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel 100% of the time, as this position is on the road

Pay: $95,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
